Scanned points to polygons

「Points」


The next image indicates scanned points of a bridge. The number of the points here is one million.


The next image indicates the reduced scanned points to find the shape easily.



Two fences are seen on the bridge. The following two images are the points of fences and the bridge without fences.
It is possible to process plural objects simultaneously. However if points distribution is different, separate process will result in better shape.
Here the fences and other part are separately processed.




「Polygon」


According to the new method, polygons are generated. The next image indicates diagonal face view of the polygons.


The next image indicates diagonal backside view of the polygons.
