All the points excess to 3800K and processing at once is not effective.
According to the upper color division, 4 steps processing have done.
Points corresponding to Red Area and the Result Polygons
Points corresponding to Orange Area and the Result Polygons
Points corresponding to Yellow Area and the Result Polygons
Points corresponding to Green Area and the Result Polygons
Upper Polygons are assembled with colors.
